Class: Hatha yoga in English
I started to practice yoga years ago when I faced health issues. My general health was poor and medical treatments were not able to give a long-lasting relief. After I started to practice yoga regularly, I started to see the positive effects gradually in my body, in my mind and in my soul. Yoga became such a healing tool in my life which helped me create my own sunshine. When I simply wanted to share this with others, I decided to become a yoga teacher.
I believe in living a life free of judgement, filled with joy and gratitude. These feelings, trainings I’ve had/I’m having inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and their surroundings in a holistic way. In my classes you can expect to have longer breathing exercises for a balanced state of mind and longer savasana (deep relaxation) at the end of the classes for the relaxation of your body, soul and mind.
